Whether you applied with us or on your own, we'll prep from the materials you submitted to ISB, so the mocks reflect the actual application the AdCom is evaluating. Not in any way that matters. Most of the work happens over video calls and asynchronous review, so where you're applying from doesn't change the engagement. We've worked with applicants across the US, the UK, Singapore, and Europe. Your evaluation call, essay reviews, and interview prep all run in your time zone.

Yes. The round decision happens on the evaluation call. Once we've seen your profile, your timeline, and the work ahead, we name the round you have the strongest case for. Many applicants start with Round 1 and shift to Round 2 as that picture clarifies.
Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before your evaluation call has taken place. Once the evaluation call has happened, or once 48 hours have passed since payment, refunds are not issued. The diagnostic call is free and happens before payment, so it doesn't affect refund eligibility. Full details in our Terms of Service.
