By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

All references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders. These definitions apply equally across all written and verbal communications between you and Reforge Me.
Our Services
Reforge Me provides end-to-end career guidance services to working professionals. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Career Evaluation & Gap Diagnosis: Structured 1:1 sessions to evaluate your current profile, identify gaps, map target roles, and build a strategic positioning plan.
- Resume & CV Writing: Professionally written, ATS-optimized resumes and CVs tailored to your target roles, industries, and companies.
- LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Comprehensive rewriting of your LinkedIn headline, About section, and experience entries to improve recruiter visibility and inbound opportunities.
- Cover Letter Writing: Personalized, role-specific cover letters designed to complement your resume and strengthen your application.
- Interview Coaching & Mock Interviews: Structured interview coaching including framework-based answer development, a 60-minute mock interview, and detailed feedback.
The specific services included in your engagement are defined at the time of purchase or through a written service confirmation. Reforge Me reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
Reforge Me provides professional guidance and career support services. While we are committed to delivering the highest quality work, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interview calls, salary increases, or employment at any particular company. Career outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.
Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- All information you provide to us — including your professional background, career history, and goals — is accurate, current, and truthful to the best of your knowledge
- You are not using our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Reforge Me reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including where we believe the eligibility conditions above have not been met.
Payments & Refunds
Payment: All service fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment must be completed before work commences on your engagement.
Accepted payment methods: We accept payments via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other methods listed on our payment page at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Refund Policy:
- Before work begins: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your engagement before any work has commenced, within 48 hours of payment.
- After work has commenced: Once your career evaluation, resume writing, or coaching session has begun, refunds will not be issued. We are committed to working with you through the revision process to ensure you are satisfied with the deliverables.
- Exceptional circumstances: Refund requests on exceptional grounds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Reforge Me.
Refunds will not be granted on the basis that a job application was unsuccessful, that a specific employer did not respond, or that the client did not find employment. Career outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond the quality of our deliverables.
Deliverables & Revisions
Turnaround times: Indicative turnaround times are provided at the time of purchase. While we strive to meet these timelines, they are estimates and not contractual guarantees. Delays caused by late submission of required information by the client will extend the turnaround accordingly.
Client responsibilities for timely delivery: You agree to provide all requested information — including your existing resume, career background, target roles, and any other inputs — within 5 business days of commencing your engagement. Failure to do so may delay your deliverables.
Revision rounds: Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified at the time of purchase. Revisions must be requested within 14 calendar days of the initial delivery. Requests for changes beyond the included revision rounds, or submitted after this window, may be subject to additional charges.
Scope of revisions: Revision rounds cover refinements to the original brief and scope. Requests that materially change the original brief — such as targeting an entirely different industry or role — may be treated as a new engagement.
Client Obligations
To enable Reforge Me to deliver the best possible results, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your professional background, experience, achievements, and career goals
- Respond to requests for information or feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays in your deliverables
- Attend scheduled coaching or consultation sessions at the agreed time, with reasonable advance notice given for any reschedule requests
- Use the deliverables provided by Reforge Me only for your own personal career purposes and not for resale, redistribution, or use on behalf of any third party
- Treat all communication with Reforge Me coaches and team members with courtesy and professionalism
Reforge Me will not be held liable for the quality of deliverables where the client has provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. The accuracy of your professional content remains your sole responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Reforge Me's intellectual property: All content on www.reforgeme.in — including text, graphics, logos, methodology frameworks, coaching materials, and website design — is the intellectual property of Reforge Me and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Republish, reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from www.reforgeme.in
- Sell, rent, sub-license, or commercially exploit any content from our website
- Redistribute our content, frameworks, or coaching methodologies to third parties
- Use Reforge Me's name, logo, or branding in any form without a prior trademark license agreement
Ownership of your deliverables: Upon full payment of applicable fees, you are granted full ownership of the deliverables created for you — including your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn content — for your personal career use. Reforge Me retains no ongoing rights to these materials after delivery, subject to the testimonial license below.
Testimonial license: By providing a testimonial, review, or feedback about our services — whether written, verbal, or in any other form — you grant Reforge Me a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish that testimonial across our website, marketing materials, and social media channels. We will always seek your permission before using your full name or photograph.
Confidentiality
We understand that the information you share with us — including your career history, job search status, salary expectations, and personal ambitions — is sensitive and private. Reforge Me treats all client information as strictly confidential.
We will not disclose your personal or professional information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Career documents you share with us — including existing resumes, CVs, offer letters, and LinkedIn credentials — are used exclusively to deliver your requested services and are never shared with employers, recruiters, or any third parties without your express consent.
Reforge Me coaches and team members are bound by confidentiality obligations. Any information shared in coaching sessions remains private and will not be discussed outside the context of your service engagement.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or violates these Terms of Service. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information for the purpose of creating dishonest career documents
- Using our deliverables on behalf of another individual without their knowledge and consent
- Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing our deliverables, frameworks, or coaching materials to third parties
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or client data
- Using our services in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Engaging in any conduct that could damage the reputation, operations, or legal standing of Reforge Me
Reforge Me reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your engagement and access to our services if you are found to be in breach of any of the above prohibitions, without liability for refund.

Without prior written approval from Reforge Me, you may not create frames around our web pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.
You may link to our homepage provided the link is not misleading, does not falsely imply endorsement or affiliation with Reforge Me, and does not appear on a website that contains content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reforge Me, its directors, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, our website or services
- Any career outcome — or lack thereof — following the use of our services
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content we produce, where such errors arise from inaccurate information provided by the client
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party services, tools, or platforms linked to or referenced by our website
In all cases, Reforge Me's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reforge Me and its officers, directors, employees, coaches, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms of Service
- Your provision of false, misleading, or infringing information to Reforge Me
- Your use of our deliverables in a manner not permitted under these terms
- Any third-party claim arising from your conduct in connection with our services
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination:
- By the client: If you choose to discontinue your engagement before deliverables are complete, you will not be entitled to a refund for work already undertaken. Any partially completed deliverables will be provided to you at our discretion.
- By Reforge Me: We reserve the right to terminate your engagement immediately and without liability if you are found to be in breach of these Terms of Service, have provided materially false information, or have engaged in conduct harmful to Reforge Me or its team members. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Upon termination, your right to access any ongoing services, sessions, or support will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Dispute resolution process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, either party may proceed to formal dispute resolution as permitted under applicable law.
